Our Therapy Practice
Life comes at us hard and fast sometimes. What do you do after you have prayed, cried, and tried, yet the problem still exists? Our expertise, including those as anxiety therapists, enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, therapeutic care. We treat a number of mental health challenges that include anxiety, depression, trauma and low self-esteem in a safe, confidential space for adult individuals, couples, and family units.

Our goal is to help you calm the storm, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. In our adult counseling sessions, we use a Person-Centered therapeutic approach to wellness, and provide relevant interventions within a customized treatment plan.
